Carrot Cake Energy Balls

Carrot Cake Energy Balls taste just like a perfectly made carrot cake only with less calories and they are good for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 c Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 c Carrots
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 c Raisins
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1/3 c Vanilla Yogurt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, then roll into 1 inch balls. Store in refrigerator until ready to enjoy! 

Notes

I only used 1/2 cup of carrots but this recipe was so delicious I plan to add 1 cup of carrots next time for additional vegetables.
