BBQ Ranch Chicken Crust Pizza

BBQ Ranch Chicken Crust Pizza is a low carbohydrate pizza that leaves the dough behind in exchange for a ground chicken crust. There is no sacrificing flavor here though when adding all there right toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Red Onions
  • Spinach
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Mozzerella Cheese

Instructions

  • Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine ground chicken, garlic, salt and pepper together in a bowl. 
  • Spread chicken onto greased pizza pan. Make the crust as thick as you want. Just adjust the cooking time. If thinner- cook less. If thick- cook longerĀ 
  • Bake for 15 minutes then remove from oven and spread BBQ all over crust, drizzle with ranch, then cover with cheese, onions, and spinach. Bake for 10 more minutes.
