You must keep this recipe stashed in your recipe book! You will want to make this again and again and again! It’s easy to make for a sandwiches for work and it’s even great for a cracker dip to take to a party.

I live outside a very small town and I travel to work through several small towns. To me, small town grocery stores are the best! They have the best deli meats, the best store made sandwiches, and if your lucky they make their own rotisserie chickens. This one in particular makes rotisserie chickens, however since I work 8-4:30, they are sold out of the fresh chickens on my way home from work. This Thursday, I hit the jackpot. They were not sold out and I was so excited! I snagged myself the most delicious rotisserie chicken I have ever had. My car smelt amazing the entire way home.

I couldn’t wait to get home and make chicken salad!!

Ingredients

Meat

  • Rotisserie Chicken

Vegetables

  • 1/4 cup Celery
  • 1/8 cup Red onion

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 2 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper

Condiments

  • 1 cup Hellman’s Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Hot Pepper Mustard

Directions

Take your rotisserie chicken and fully shred it into small pieces. You do not want big chunks.

Once your chicken is fully shredded combine all your ingredients in your bowl.

Mix together until all contents are well combined.

Serve on sandwich or with crackers!!!
