Perfect Air Fried Eggs

Air Fried Eggs are perfect every time you make them and they take all the guess work out of boiling eggs. The center is fluffy perfection  every time and the tender white outside is my favorite. Air Fried Eggs make for the perfect to go breakfast!

Eggs are great because, you can make deviled eggs, pickled eggs with beets, pickled eggs with sausage, eat them plain for breakfast or lunch, or my favorite to do with air fried eggs is egg salad with a little bit of mustard. We keep about 2 dozen eggs in our home at any given time and we cook with them frequently.

In just one air fried egg there are 6 grams of lean protein. Eggs are an excellent source of protein with very low carbs included. They are also a great source for healthy fats containing 5 grams of healthy fats. They are an excellent source of nutrition when you are balancing a healthy lifestyle or trying to lose weight. Try to sneak them into your diet everyday- they are good for you!

So how to you make the best, perfected Air Fried Eggs it is so simple that it cannot be kept a secret.

Set your air fryer to 270 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 16 minutes. Put as many eggs in as you need, and let the air fryer do the work for you! No worry about setting a timer on your phone or stove! I also do not stress about pulling mine out right away, I let mine cool off just a little in the air fryer. I have pulled mine out quick and dunked in cold water and it seemed like my eggs were maybe a little soft boiled. So, once my timer goes off I let my eggs sit for 5-10 minutes before peeling.

They are perfect every time! You will never go back to boiling!
