The best of the best good morning oats on your way out the door for work! We hustle hard, we are damn hard working humans, and it’s important we start our day with a delicious, fulfilling breakfast. So you are not going to say no to making these for work right??

My fiancé is a hard working corrections officer so I make it a point to wake up at 5am and make sure he has a delicious breakfast. Don’t worry, he returns the favors on his days off for me. What is important- we love doing these sweet things for each other. It is one small part to our endless love. What I also love, a break from breakfast sandwiches sooo he grabs the overnight oats and guess who doesn’t have to get out of bed. Just in time for the cold fall mornings that I am positive have skipped to winter.

Well I know…. your dying to know what these delicious recipes are that enable me to stay in my cozy bed.

Overnight Oats Directions

1. Peanut Butter Raisin

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (I use Dannon Light & Fit)
  • 1/4 raisin
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • Sprinkle of Brown Sugar

2. Blueberry Delight

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/4 cup of yogurt (Dannon Light & Fit)
  • 1/4 Blueberries
  • Sprinkle of brown sugar

3. Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/4 yogurt (Dannon Light & Fit)
  • 1 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 sliced banana
