If you are eyeing up the chance to start the Whole30 lifystyle, than you are most likely wondering, what am I going to eat for breakfast. A typical quick breakfast for me looks like over night oats, peanut butter toast, or a bowl of cereal. When the most important meal of the day typically includes grains, it is hard to think of what other foods you will consume. Luckily though, for you it doesn’t have to be. I have learned an important step, meal prep. To be successful and follow a healthy eating regimen, breakfast meal prep is the only way I will eat a healthy, nourishing, and balanced breakfast on a work day. A misconception is that breakfast has to be a carb or a grain to fuel your day. However, breakfast just needs to be nourishing, filling, and balanced which will lead to adding more protein and vegetables.
Consuming protein in the morning will help keep you full as you start your morning. I have not only one but two different sausage recipes included for you to meal prep. Isn’t this great to be able to make your breakfast in advance, so Monday morning when you barely roll out of bed on time for work, you know you have a breakfast that will start your morning off right. I absolutely love potatoes and turkey keilbosa, so if you made that for dinner, you have this delicious sausage and over easy egg recipe to have the next day. See the key is being prepared, when you are prepared, you will not fail.

The best part about Whole30 is you are removing the dairy that may cause bloating, the grains and the legumes that could be difficult to digest. Making pumpkin pancakes are perfect for your weekends and the potato hash browns are to die for. The best part is, eating Whole30 it doesn’t have to be boring, you can make it delicious, simple, and easy to follow.
