1/3 cup of Turkey Sausage

3 slices of Turkey Bacon

1 Egg

Green Pepper

Onion

Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix sausage, turkey bacon, green peppers, and onions together in cast iron pan and toss until desired.

Push to one side of skillet and pour egg into bare side of pan. Toss the egg until fluffy, then mix into the rest of ingredients. Doing this process ensures you have fluffy large pieces of egg.
