BBQ Chicken Crust Pizza is absolutely perfect for those nights you are craving pizza, need extra protein, and a lower carbohydrate meal. When I say you will be using ground chicken burger to make this crust, I know it seems a little strange but this crust is full of flavor, crispy and soft at the same time, and pairs perfectly with your favorite air fried hot wings.
BBQ Chicken Crust Pizza is a very simple dinner recipe that makes pizza night healthy and delicious all at the same time. I love a good veggie crust pizza- but sometimes you just need to get more protein in your day and this is an easy way! Disguise chicken as crust- I am in.
When making this pizza I used ground chicken burger, the famous Sweet Baby Rays, low fat ranch dressing, cheese, spinach and red onions. A classic BBQ Chicken Pizza is made with shredded chicken breast on top a dough crust but we inverted this classic pizza style with a healthier version you will not be able to turn down. Of course there are many more ways you can make this amazing healthier pizza version

It was also convenient that I could take this to work the next day. Meal prep is important and we have all seen the famous meme of meal prepping pizza for a “healthy” week. Well this recipe gives you the ability to meal prep your pizza with less guilt.
There are so many delicious possibilities with this Chicken Crust you must just try them all and they all fit easily into your meal prep.
For this specific pizza you will need:
- Ground Chicken Burger
- Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Sweet Baby Rays
- Ranch Dressing
- Cheddar Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Purple Onions
- Large Pizza Pan
Take your ground burger in a mixing bowl and add garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix well. On your well greased pizza pan, spread the ground chicken about a 1/2 inch thick. However, if you like thicker or thinner crust – go for your liking. It will be delicious either way. Just be sure to adjust the cooking time of your crust. To have the crispy crust, baked your crust for 15 minutes before you add the toppings. No mush- just crunchy, crispy goodness for a crust.

Spread your BBQ all over the crust- then drizzle with ranch. I do not have an amazing steady hand so I had some ranch clumps. We are all human here!
Then cover with your favorite cheese. We used cheddar and mozzarella. Those are my pizza favorite. Never be afraid to make your pizza yours though. Be sure to add your spinach and onions as well.
Bake on 350 for 10 more minutes. This last 10 minutes crisps your crust to perfection, and gives you that gooey melty cheese.

BBQ Chicken Crust Pizza
- 1 Lb Ground Chicken
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Red Onions
- Cheddar Cheese
- Mozzerella Cheese
- Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine ground chicken, garlic, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
- Spread chicken onto greased pizza pan. Make the crust as thick as you want. Just adjust the cooking time. If thinner- cook less. If thicket- cook longer
- Bake for 15 minutes then remove from oven and spread BBQ all over crust, drizzle with ranch, then cover with cheese, onions, and spinach. Bake for 10 more minutes.
